Everyone deserves the chance to feel valued, heard, and understood.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed and you’ve noticed the stress is too much to handle alone. Others normally lean on you, but you need someone to lean on. The little things don’t feel so small right now. You’ve noticed that the stuff of life bumps into old emotions you can’t explain. You’ve tried many things to help yourself through and the usual coping just isn’t working like it normally would. It’s time to find your way back.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a deep brain/body, relational therapy that is based on the idea, “where you look affects how you feel”. The use of eye placement allows access to the areas in the brain where memories are stored, and where regulation can take place.
With the presence of a trained, attuned therapist you can address the “stuck” places in your growth to move from survival to homeostasis, to restoration.

Over the years, Heather has developed a personal stylistic approach that is person-centered, curious, compassionate, and flexible. In session, she follows the lead of the client, addressing the greatest concerns and supplying tools and resources as needed.
